What you'd actually do

  1. Develop a framework to measure and drive the readiness success of NVIDIA’s OEM, NCP and CSP community. Work with the partner team, certification team, and other departments to build a uniquely NVIDIA approach. Ensure our partners have the right training and skills to support their customers.
  2. Establish close working relationship with our professional services team to ensure smooth deployments and collaborations with our partners.
  3. Collaborate with colleagues on core partner success management efforts, including success priorities, strategies, engagement paths, automation streams, health scores, and reporting.
  4. Build and maintain reports and dashboards to support key customer success indicators and partner health metrics. Report on these indicators to ensure our partner success initiatives are on track.

Skills

Required

  • BA degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience in driving customer success through a partner-led model
  • Knowledge of telemetry, sentiment, NPS, CSAT, and value metrics for assessing partner and customer success
  • Established skill in delivering insightful direction, approaching challenges strategically, and expressing vision proficiently in both written and oral forms

  • Demonstrated capability to collaborate across multiple departments in a complex organizational structure
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask easily with limited supervision
