What you'd actually do

  1. Build, develop, and inspire talented, hard-working Solutions Consultants and leaders by creating scalable, data-driven processes that drive team and company goals
  2. Partner with Sales leadership to achieve sales targets across aligned regions and ensure successful pre-sales outcomes
  3. Analyze and manage the performance of our AMER Solutions Consulting teams, including influenced ARR and activity metrics
  4. Develop, refine, and scale core SC processes such as discovery, technical qualification and POCs/trials and establish initiatives to continue up-leveling our AMER Solutions Consultants
  5. Act as the technical executive to align with customer executives and stakeholders for relationship building and to help advance open opportunities

Skills

Required

  • 10+ years in customer-facing technical sales roles within SaaS
  • 6+ years leading Solutions Consulting or Sales Engineering teams
  • Proven track record of leading and growing high performing teams across multiple timezones and coaching them toward meeting or exceeding performance expectations
  • Demonstrated success partnering with regional Sales leadership on GTM strategy, iterating based on data and insights
  • Strong cross-functional influence across Product and Customer Experience
  • Strong understanding of our technical and competitive landscape
  • Ability to thrive in a constantly evolving and growing environment

Nice to have

  • Experience with MEDDICC sales qualification framework
  • Prior experience managing managers
  • Prior Figma, design or development experience
