What you'd actually do

  1. Set strategic direction and operating standards for the Global Solutions Consulting organization.
  2. Drive revenue impact by elevating discovery, solution mapping, proof of value rigor, and storytelling
  3. Partner closely with regional Sales leaders and Sales Operations to influence pipeline, forecast accuracy, and deal strategy.
  4. Build and mentor a strong management bench, creating a high-performance culture rooted in accountability, curiosity, and growth.
  5. Lead cross-functional collaboration with Product, PMM, Customer Success, and Professional Services.

Skills

Required

  • 10+ years of Solutions Consulting, Pre-Sales, or related experience
  • 3–5+ years leading multi-region teams
  • Deep proficiency in consultative discovery
  • Deep proficiency in value storytelling
  • Deep proficiency in enterprise architecture
  • Deep proficiency in executive communication
  • Experience with both Creative Cloud and Document Cloud workflows, or comparable enterprise solutions
