Decagon is seeking a Strategic Account Executive to develop strategies for closing key strategic logos, build relationships with stakeholders, understand customer needs, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions. The role involves forecasting, account planning, and providing feedback to product and leadership teams. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of enterprise sales experience, a proven track record of revenue growth, and strong business acumen. Previous experience selling AI or customer support/experience software is a bonus.

What you'd actually do

  1. Develop a strategy to break into and close key strategic logos for Decagon
  2. Develop deep, trusted relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of the customer organization (comfortable speaking to CX leaders, Product Leaders, and Operations Leaders)
  3. Understand the customer's business, challenges, and strategic priorities to uncover new opportunities for expansion
  4. Collaborate with internal teams (founders, deployment strategists, engineering, etc.) to deliver tailored solutions
  5. Forecast and accurately report on pipeline and revenue
