Director of Strategic Client Programs leading the Technical Demand organization within Oracle's Strategic Customer Engineering (SCE) group. This role focuses on planning, orchestration, and governance between customer management, capacity management, and technical delivery to ensure strategic customers can successfully plan, acquire, and consume OCI services at scale. It involves managing a team of Technical Program Managers, owning the demand lifecycle, and aligning customer growth forecasts with organizational capacity strategies.

What you'd actually do

  1. Provide leadership, direction, and strategy for the Technical Demand organization.
  2. Establish and evolve demand governance processes, planning frameworks, and operational mechanisms.
  3. Build and develop a high-performing team of Technical Program Managers responsible for strategic customer portfolios.
  4. Own the demand intake, qualification, prioritization, forecasting, and planning lifecycle.
  5. Represent customer demand portfolios in capacity planning and investment discussions.
