This role is for a Director of Strategic Finance, Corporate FP&A at Cerebras Systems, a company that builds large AI chips. The role focuses on building the company's financial planning and analysis (FP&A) operating system, including long-range planning, annual planning, forecasting, executive reporting, and business partnering. The individual will be responsible for creating financial infrastructure, KPI and reporting architecture, financial models, and business partnerships, as well as driving improvements in financial systems and AI-enabled workflows. The role requires experience in public-company finance operations and aims to provide decision-ready insights as the company scales.

What you'd actually do

  1. Ownership: Company-wide corporate FP&A, including owning the company model, leading long-range and annual planning, monthly forecasting, revenue forecasting, G&A budgeting, headcount, spend management, Board reporting, and public-company reporting support.
  2. Operating model: Player-coach on a flat, high-standards team. You bring a track record of building talent-dense teams, use technology to multiply output, and set the bar by staying close to the work.
  3. Success definition: FP&A is the center of context for the organization. The team will deliver investor-grade information to the right partners at the right time.
