Director, Strategic Initiatives & Marketing Operations for Biosurgery at Johnson & Johnson. What you'd actually do

  1. Support the President and the OC members in setting agendas and planning cadence of key operational and governance forums.
  2. Build governance and operational capabilities to enable the flow-through of global strategy to execution.
  3. Drive adoption of high-performing team principles within the OC and PLT.
  4. Operationalize and drive accountability for a performance management framework, including metrics and scorecards.
  5. Lead design and creation of business update review content (e.g., WW Chair updates, business unit/region reviews).
