This role is for a Director of Technology Strategic Sourcing at Adobe, responsible for leading high-impact technology categories including Cloud, AI and Data Platforms, Enterprise Software, Infrastructure, and Services. The director will set vision and strategy, shape sourcing decisions, deliver savings, streamline operations, and standardize technology buying processes. Key responsibilities include partnering with internal customers, building multi-year category strategies, leading sourcing teams, developing talent, driving process improvements, and deploying procurement solutions like AI and RPA. The role requires 10+ years of leadership experience in technology strategic sourcing, experience with cloud agreements, strong negotiation skills, and people-leadership capabilities. Experience embedding risk and compliance into sourcing processes is also required.

  1. Partner closely with internal customers to understand priorities, unlock value, and deliver measurable outcomes.
  2. Build and continuously evolve multi‑year category strategies aligned to business roadmaps, budgets, and risk posture.
  3. Help standardize technology buying through unified source‑to‑pay processes and contracting standards.
  4. Lead sourcing and cross-functional teams across multiple categories and initiatives from strategy development through sourcing, contracting, and implementation.
  5. Develop organizational capability by mentoring, coaching, and building high‑performing sourcing leaders and teams.
