Salesforce is seeking a Director, Strategy & Enablement for their Global Delivery Centers (GDC) within Professional Services. This senior leadership role focuses on defining and driving the GDC's multi-year strategic roadmap, operational plans, and transformation programs. Key responsibilities include shaping the GDC's evolution, developing talent strategies aligned with Salesforce product evolution (including AI, Data Cloud, and Agentforce), managing stakeholders, and leading a strategy and programs team. The role requires extensive experience in strategy, transformation, or programs within professional services or a global technology company, with a strong emphasis on leadership, program execution, and executive communication.

What you'd actually do

  1. Define and drive the multi-year strategic roadmap for the GDC in partnership with the VP/SVP of Global Delivery and PS leadership
  2. Translate the Professional Services business strategy into GDC-specific priorities, operational plans, and measurable outcomes
  3. Lead large-scale transformation programs across the GDC focused on Talent Strategy, Business Management, Delivery Excellence, Scalability, and operational efficiency
  4. Develop and drive a GDC-wide talent strategy that anticipates future skill requirements aligned to Salesforce product evolution (including AI, Data Cloud, and Agentforce) and the evolving customer/industry needs
  5. Serve as a strategic thought partner to GDC senior leadership and act as the connective tissue between the GDC and global PS functions (Sales, Finance, HR, Enablement, Practice)

Skills

Required

  • 16+ years of experience in strategy, transformation, or programs roles
  • Masters in Business Administration
  • Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional programs in a global, matrixed environment
  • Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional executive communication and storytelling skills

Nice to have

  • Experience within Salesforce Professional Services or a Salesforce SI partner ecosystem
  • Familiarity with Salesforce platform capabilities — including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, and Agentforce
  • Experience with GDC/delivery center strategy
