This role leads the post-sales Technical Consultant organization, focusing on customer onboarding, activation, and success for Ramp's financial technology platform. It involves strategy development, team management, cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, and Customer Success, and influencing product development based on customer feedback and market trends. The goal is to drive full adoption of the Ramp platform and ensure technical success throughout the customer lifecycle.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own and lead Ramp’s full Technical Consultant function, guiding their professional development, fostering a high-performance culture, and ensuring alignment with Ramp’s strategic goals
  2. Partner with Sales, Account Management, Product, and Partners to advocate for integration development that aligns with customer needs
  3. Collaborate with Ramp Customer Success and Account Management leaders to ensure customers effectively utilize our product and achieve their goals
  4. Support Sales and Post-Sales teams in executing advanced technical and accounting implementations for Ramp
  5. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer engagement, increase renewal rates, and identify opportunities for upselling
