The role is for a Director, Technical Program Management focused on driving Generative AI programs from research to production. This includes managing multi-agent conversational systems, agentic AI architectures, inference optimization, and model pretraining/finetuning workflows. The TPM will ensure secure, compliant, and scalable enterprise-scale deployment, establish guardrails, and enable safe AI adoption across the company. The role requires managing technical risks, simplifying complexity, and translating research into practical applications.

What you'd actually do

  1. Drive development and orchestration of agentic AI chatbots and intelligent assistants, enabling scalable, context-aware multi-agent interactions.
  2. Partner with researchers to manage pretraining, finetuning, and inference optimization efforts, ensuring performance and efficiency at scale.
