What you'd actually do

  3. Diagnose client marketing needs and translate them into clear strategies, opportunities, and plans
  4. Develop and manage client account plans and marketing roadmaps with defined outcomes and success metrics
  5. Collaborate with marketing, consulting, analytics, and sales partners to design solutions that leverage Visa data, platforms, sponsorships, creative resources, and AI tools where appropriate

Skills

Required

  • 10 or more years of business experience, with most in marketing, advertising, consulting, or strategic partnerships
  • Experience leading multi client portfolios, for example in a creative agency, or in a client side role managing several strategic accounts or lines of business
  • Proven track record managing senior client relationships and leading complex, multi-workstream marketing initiatives
  • Experience leading and developing teams, setting direction, and raising the bar on strategic and creative output
  • Strong strategic thinking skills and the ability to turn business and audience insight into focused marketing strategies and plans
  • Ability to operate in fast paced, dynamic environments, manage multiple priorities, and keep cross functional teams aligned
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders
  • Experience working with creative, media, or digital teams and delivering high quality work on compressed timelines
  • A collaborative, low ego mindset and a high degree of curiosity, adaptability, and resilience
