NVIDIA is seeking a Director of Workstation GPU System Software to lead a team developing and optimizing GPU system software for NVIDIA RTX Pro products. The role involves defining technical direction, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality workstation solutions for various industries.

What you'd actually do

  1. Leading a team of dedicated engineers to develop and optimize Workstation GPU system software on Windows and Linux, ensuring our NVIDIA RTX Pro products remain at the forefront of technology.
  2. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, hardware engineers, product managers, and quality assurance, to successfully implement and deliver world-class workstation solutions.
  3. Defining the technical direction and roadmap for Workstation GPU system software, making strategic decisions to compete effectively in the marketplace.
  4. Coordinating the development process, from initial concept through to final release, ensuring the highest standards of quality and performance.
  5. Mentoring and developing team members to foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment where everyone can do their best work.
