Founding technical leader for an AI Safety & Security Engineering team, building AI-powered tooling to discover, validate, and patch software vulnerabilities. The role involves defining core harness architecture, setting engineering standards, guiding the technical roadmap, and mentoring engineers, bridging research and production for secure AI systems.
