What you'd actually do

  1. Have an in depth understanding on Snowflake's product in order to be able to provide guidance on all aspects of the selling process, from prospecting, discovery calls, running strategic demos, building business cases to closing complex transactions.
  2. Recruit and onboard a team that fits Snowflake's profile for success
  3. Enable, coach, develop and motivate a robust field sales team
  4. Scaling and developing territories by planning strategically and effectively assigning accounts
  5. Navigate complex legal negotiations and help eliminate technical barriers
