District Sales Manager for Cardiometabolic Health (Mounjaro) in Hungary, responsible for achieving sales goals, implementing drug strategy, managing a team of medical visitors, and optimizing customer targeting.

What you'd actually do

  1. Achieving sales targets, participating in plan distribution and spatial planning
  2. Optimize Customer Targeting Strategy by continuously reviewing and updating customer target lists to ensure strategic alignment, maintaining a balanced mix of regular (core) and dynamic (growth/opportunity) customers
  3. Implementing the activities defined in the marketing plan and coordinating it from the sales side
  4. Defining the framework of the sales process and adhering to the set goals (SPP)
  5. Creating sales forecasts, analyzing sales data
