Lead network support and client server specialists in planning, coordination, and implementation of network operations, maintenance, repair, or upgrades. Train and manage a team to provide incident response support to Tier 2 and Tier 3 network engineers. Support operations team with administering networks, including hardware, systems software, applications software, and configurations. Develops and implements methodologies for analysis, testing, monitoring, and support of LAN and WAN networks. Support the evaluation and implementation of new network technologies. Support the analysis of incident trends, escalation of incidents to problems, and development of solutions to resolve network issues. Perform configuration management functions. Leverage various network tools to identify and isolate customer impacting events. Communicate and troubleshoot with vendors and other service providers. Diagnose hardware and software problems and replace defective components. Experience with Layer 1 and Layer 2 network experience, Cisco IOS, Juniper JUNOS, Brocade and Foundry OS, and Layer 3 protocols such as OSPF, BGP, VRRP, HSRP, MPLS, LSP, GRE. Familiar with Viso and Service Now.
