Document Administrator II

This role is responsible for preparing and reviewing loan documentation and ensuring lien perfection in accordance with bank policies and procedures. It involves working with various internal and external partners to ensure accuracy and timely delivery of documents for financial booking and loan funding.

What you'd actually do

  1. Ensures that loan documentation and lien perfection meet bank policies and procedures and that work products are delivered in an accurately and timely manner
  2. Reviews documentation, performs due diligence and collateral perfection, and monitors loan documentation for a specific market segment
  3. Reviews documents for accuracy, timely delivery, and necessary research requirements to ensure documentation reflects the appropriate transactional information and elimination of controllable rework
  4. Reviews the loan approval and loan documents prepared by counsel to ensure consistency and adherence to requirements
  5. Designs a robust filing and organizational process to assist in completing primary financial booking and initial loan funding

Skills

Required

  • Minimum of two years of legal document review
  • Minimum of two years of financial services experience
  • Excellent communication skill both written and oral
