This role is for an Elite Care Analyst at Visa, a payments technology company. The analyst will handle client issues, collaborate with internal teams, and maintain client communication. What you'd actually do

  1. Handle moderately complex client issues by identifying next steps and working cases through to resolution with guidance as needed.
  2. Work directly with clients to understand their concerns, explain impacts, and provide status updates until issues are resolved.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams such as Technical Account Managers, Account Managers, Project Managers, Client Configuration, Licensing, and Sales to support client needs.
  4. Escalate and communicate client concerns to appropriate internal teams to ensure timely and accurate resolution.
  5. Coordinate with internal Visa teams to help resolve issues efficiently and support smooth product and service operations.
