This role focuses on optimizing the driver onboarding and activation funnel for Uber's Mobility business in Argentina. What you'd actually do

  1. Monitor and improve the driver onboarding and access funnel, identifying opportunities to reduce friction and increase conversion.
  2. Support the configuration and maintenance of driver access requirements, flows, and operational rules.
  3. Ensure driver access processes reflect local regulatory and business requirements.
  4. Analyze funnel performance, identify drop-off points, and propose actions to improve activation and completion rates.
  5. Work with Central Operations and Product teams to escalate issues, test solutions, and implement process improvements.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Operations, Analytics, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in Operations, Analytics, Strategy, Consulting, Business Intelligence, Process Improvement, or related fields.
  • Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with data to identify issues and opportunities.
  • Ability to break down operational problems, structure analysis, and recommend practical solutions.
  • Strong attention to detail, especially when working with process configurations, regulatory requirements, and operational flows.
  • Strong execution skills and ability to manage multiple tasks, follow up with stakeholders, and drive initiatives to completion.
  • Professional proficiency in English and Spanish.

Nice to have

  • Good stakeholder management skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with SQL, dashboards, spreadsheets, or other data tools is a plus.
  • Clear communication skills and ability to document processes and insights simply.
  • Curiosity, ownership, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
