职位描述：
**HIL（硬件在环）**Test Lab运营支持
- 负责实验室EHS（安全）管理及5S日常维护，确保实验环境安全、规范、高效运行。
- 协助实验室设备、资产及工位管理，支持实验室持续改进。
HIL（硬件在环）台架搭建支持
- 协助进行HIL测试台架线束搭建与整理，包括接线、标识、布线规范等。
- 支持基础硬件连接、台架准备及调试工作。
测试执行支持
- 参与基础整车软件测试或HIL（硬件在环）测试执行。
- 协助测试数据记录、整理和问题跟踪。
效率改进与创新
- 基于编程或AI工具，提出测试效率提升、自动化或数字化改进方案。
- 参与小规模改进项目实施，如脚本工具、数据分析等。
任职要求：
**教育背景：**本科及以上在读，专业方向包括车辆工程、电子信息、自动化、计算机等。
**基础能力：**对车辆电子电气系统或控制系统有基础理解，具备基本动手能力，并对硬件连接、台架搭建有兴趣。
编程**/工具能力：**具备基础编程能力（Python/C/C++等）；有Matlab/Simulink或自动化测试经验优先。
**加分项：**对AI工具（如数据分析、自动化、脚本生成等）有实际使用经验；有实验室管理、5S或设备维护经验者优先。
**通用能力：**责任心强、执行力好，具备良好的团队合作、沟通、学习和问题解决能力。
