Johnson & Johnson is seeking an E2E Supply Chain Manager in Thailand to lead the Integrated Business Planning process, manage cross-functional teams, oversee market authorizations, manage master data, and track KPIs for cost, service, quality, and compliance. The role requires at least 7 years of E2E Supply Chain Management experience, 3 years of people management, a degree in business or supply chain, and experience in the healthcare/pharmaceutical sector and SAP ERP.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead Integrated Business Planning process (IBP) process includes:
  2. Orchestrate with cross functional teams (Commercial, Finance, Quality, Regulatory, Technology, Legal and Human Resource) to capture external market dynamics and internal business insights and identify end-to-end opportunities where we can accelerate customer experience, business growth, profit improvement, innovation, end-to-end supply reliability and agility.
  3. Connect and partner with regional / global supply chain team to provide local operating company’s input and cascade regional / global supply chain strategy into local operating company.
  4. Manage market authorizations (MA), import / export quotas and licenses, especially Control Substance.
  5. Create/ change product master data and customer master data in SAP ERP, Anaplan and other systems.
