The Medical Information Communication Specialist, under the leadership of the Regional Manager, is responsible for product academic promotion and professional customer support within their designated area. This includes visiting customers to communicate drug information, organizing academic promotion events, and collecting/analyzing market feedback. The role requires a bachelor's degree in medicine, pharmacy, or life sciences, proficiency in MS Office, good English, strong communication and teamwork skills, and a willingness to learn. Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred. A strong emphasis is placed on compliance with company policies, industry standards, and relevant laws like FCPA.

What you'd actually do

  1. In accordance with company policies and procedures, provide timely and accurate professional support to customers and establish partnerships.
  2. Effectively utilize resources for customer visits in accordance with company policies and procedures to achieve work objectives.
  3. Plan and organize various academic conferences or activities in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  4. Collect market and customer feedback information through company management systems and other compliant channels and methods, analyze it, and provide feedback and suggestions.
  5. Maintain effective communication with supervisors, colleagues, and business partners from other departments, and identify and promote various cooperation opportunities.
