Skills

Required

  • Experience as a store manager in consumer goods retail business
  • Experience managing a store with 10 or more people
  • Strong interest and passion for the retail business
  • Leadership to proactively lead subordinates
  • High guest orientation and high guest service skills to properly guide cast members
  • Logical thinking and high communication skills to convey one's thoughts correctly and effectively
  • Positivity and cheerfulness to challenge problem-solving even in difficult situations
  • Effective feedback and coaching for diverse team members
  • Integrity in one's words and actions
  • Willingness to relocate nationwide
  • Native level Japanese proficiency
