负责系统研究国家及地方医保政策，跟踪政策动态与趋势，分析其对医疗器械行业的影响及联动效应，定期输出研究报告。

基于政策研判，制定公司医保应对策略，协助业务部门识别市场机遇、评估与管控政策风险。

组织开展内部医保政策培训与解读，提升相关部门对政策的理解与应用能力。

支持中央层面政府事务工作，参与和医保相关主管部门的沟通，推动政策倡导与关系维护。

协同公司各相关部门或团队，推动医保相关策略在业务中的落地与执行。

Skills

Required

Master's degree or higher in public health, medical insurance management, or pharmaceutical policy preferred.
Experience in government affairs, policy research, or market access within the medical device or pharmaceutical industry, with familiarity with the medical insurance policy system and operational mechanisms.
Excellent policy analysis, research report writing, and strategy development skills, with the ability to independently conduct policy research and interpretation.
Strong communication and coordination skills, with good internal and external driving force, capable of adapting to cross-departmental, multi-task collaboration.
Meticulous thinking, strong sense of responsibility, good stress resistance and adaptability, able to adapt to intermittent business travel.
Good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, capable of handling English emails, reports, and meeting communication.

Nice to have

Project management or internal training experience preferred.

岗位要求

研究生及以上学历，公共卫生、医保管理、医药政策等相关专业优先。
具备医疗器械或医药行业政府事务、政策研究、市场准入相关经验，熟悉医保政策体系与运作机制。
具备优秀的政策分析、研究报告撰写及策略制定能力，能独立开展政策调研与解读。
沟通协调能力强，具备良好的内外部推动力，能适应跨部门、多任务协作。
思维缜密，责任心强，具备良好的抗压与应变能力，能适应阶段性出差。
具备良好的英语听说读写能力，能胜任英文邮件、报告及会议沟通。
具备项目管理或内部培训经验者优先。
