What you'd actually do

  1. 负责系统研究国家及地方医保政策，跟踪政策动态与趋势，分析其对医疗器械行业的影响及联动效应，定期输出研究报告。
  2. 基于政策研判，制定公司医保应对策略，协助业务部门识别市场机遇、评估与管控政策风险。
  3. 组织开展内部医保政策培训与解读，提升相关部门对政策的理解与应用能力。
  4. 支持中央层面政府事务工作，参与和医保相关主管部门的沟通，推动政策倡导与关系维护。
  5. 协同公司各相关部门或团队，推动医保相关策略在业务中的落地与执行。

Skills

Required

  • Master's degree or higher in public health, medical insurance management, or pharmaceutical policy
  • Experience in government affairs, policy research, or market access in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry
  • Familiarity with medical insurance policy systems and operational mechanisms
  • Excellent policy analysis, research report writing, and strategy development skills
  • Ability to independently conduct policy research and interpretation
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Strong internal and external driving force
  • Ability to adapt to cross-departmental and multi-task collaboration
