  5. Travel to test sites and vendors as needed.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
  • 3 months - 2 years of technical work to include technical internship
  • Demonstrated hands-on fabrication or laboratory skills
  • CAD skills (any platform) and ability to make high quality engineering drawings that meet common industry standards
  • High competence with, and fluid use of, engineering first principles
  • U.S. Person status

Nice to have

  • Ability to integrate electrical components into designs (motors, controllers, sensors etc.)
  • Experience with machining, sheet metal, injection molding, and/or 3D printing
  • Have a bias for action
  • Be naturally curious about the technologies and tools you use
  • Low-ego, high ownership, and mission oriented
