What you'd actually do

  1. Partner with business leaders to identify and source high-potential candidates across all departments, from technical engineering to corporate sales.
  2. Own the end-to-end recruitment process—from initial organizational outreach and sourcing to the final offer stage.
  3. Partner with the business to manage the conversion process, ensuring a high-touch experience for interns transitioning into permanent roles.
  4. Track and report on pipeline health metrics, including offer acceptance rates, candidate sources, and intern-to-full-time conversion rates.
  5. Stay ahead of school trends, the competitive landscape, and the evolving needs of early-in-career talent to keep Crusoe's strategy competitive.
