What you'd actually do

  1. Drive top-of-funnel earner growth initiatives across multiple channels, managing referral programs, earner lifecycle retention, and paid performance marketing.
  2. Collaborate with regional teams to revamp paid marketing strategies, creating improved brand consideration for prospective earners in the Japanese market.
  3. Execute and scale geographical growth strategies, adapting successful playbooks from major metropolitan areas to accelerate growth in broader regional markets.
  4. Manage new earner acquisition incentive budgets, designing seasonal campaigns while partnering with Legal and Marketing teams to ensure compliance and maximize return on investment.
