Medical Information Communication Specialist in the Metabolic Business Unit, Suzhou. Responsible for product academic promotion and professional customer support within their assigned region, including visiting customers to communicate/feedback drug information and organizing product academic promotion activities. Aims to achieve work objectives (professional skills, behavior, compliance, performance).

What you'd actually do

  1. Provide timely and accurate professional support to customers under the guidance of company policies and procedures, and establish partnerships.
  2. Effectively visit customers and achieve work objectives by fully utilizing resources under the guidance of company policies and procedures.
  3. Plan and organize various academic conferences or activities under the guidance of company policies and procedures.
  4. Collect, analyze, and provide feedback and suggestions on market and customer information through the company's management system and other compliant channels and methods.
  5. Maintain effective communication with supervisors, colleagues, and business partners from other departments, and identify and promote various cooperation opportunities.

  • Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in medicine, pharmacy, life sciences, or related fields.
