The Medical Information Communication Specialist, under the leadership of the Regional Manager, is responsible for product academic promotion and professional customer support within their designated area. This includes visiting customers to communicate drug information, organizing academic promotion events, and collecting/analyzing market feedback. The role requires strong communication, learning ability, and adherence to company policies, industry standards, and relevant laws, including FCPA.

What you'd actually do

  1. In accordance with company policies and procedures, provide timely and accurate professional support to customers and establish partnerships.
  2. Make effective customer visits utilizing resources in accordance with company policies and procedures to achieve work objectives.
  3. Plan and organize various academic conferences or activities in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  4. Collect, analyze, and provide feedback and suggestions on market and customer information through company management systems and other compliant channels and methods.
  5. Maintain effective communication with supervisors, colleagues, and business partners from other departments to identify and promote cooperation opportunities.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in medicine, pharmacy, life sciences, or related fields.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Good English.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Teamwork spirit.
  • Strong willingness and ability to learn.
  • Self-motivated, self-challenging, and able to manage stress.
  • Adherence to company policies, industry standards, and relevant laws (including FCPA and Chinese anti-corruption laws).
  • Integrity and transparency in past work.
