Roblox is seeking an Editor to shape motion content across brand, marketing, and social channels. The role involves conceptualizing, editing, and animating motion assets, creating platform-native content, and contributing to the motion design system. The ideal candidate has 4+ years of experience in motion design, expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, and a strong understanding of platform-specific content optimization.

What you'd actually do

  1. Concept, edit, and animate high-impact motion assets for marketing campaigns, product trailers, and brand storytelling.
  2. Own the creation of platform-native content (TikTok, IG, YT, LinkedIn), optimizing for vertical, square, and mobile-first formats while staying ahead of cultural trends.
  3. Contribute to our motion design system by defining guidelines, reusable components, and graphic templates that ensure brand consistency across both marketing and in-product UI animations.
  4. Partner with Art Directors, Product Designers, and Marketers to translate brand guidelines into flexible executions that feel current and culturally relevant.
  5. Apply advanced motion graphics, typography, and exceptional craft to enhance clarity. Maintain organized workflows to support both polished, long-lead projects and high-volume, fast-turn social needs.
