This role focuses on developing and managing content for a digital education platform within the medical affairs group at Johnson & Johnson. The primary goal is to create engaging and valuable learning experiences for healthcare professionals, fostering an interactive online training ecosystem and empowering their growth. The role involves content strategy, platform optimization, and collaboration with business units and key opinion leaders to develop high-quality courses.

What you'd actually do

  1. Responsible for content development and column design for the JJMT digital education platform, mainly serving professional education and training needs, promoting learning, and forming an online training closed loop.
  2. Insight into the goals and needs of the business/BU PE, combined with the analysis of platform user online learning preferences, formulate platform content optimization strategies, and reshape existing content/formats to create an interactive learning ecosystem and enhance platform activity.
  3. Closely cooperate with BUs to explore new models of lecturer cooperation, create high-quality boutique courses; user-centric, create professional, in-depth, and valuable columns and content formats to empower the growth of practitioners.

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in the medical field, preferably with surgical specialty education or medical background, with a deep understanding and insight into medical device training and clinical customer needs.
  • Proficient in innovative content development and column design, with both professionalism and creativity.
  • Ability to manage and communicate with KOLs, and establish good cooperation with major centers/experts.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills, able to effectively promote cross-team cooperation and solve complex problems.
