Education Team Intern

Replit Replit · Enterprise · Foster City, CA · Hybrid · GTM

This is an internship role focused on growing Replit's presence on university campuses by designing and scaling programs like hackathons and workshops. The intern will work with marketing, product, and partnerships teams to drive student engagement and turn them into Replit advocates. The role requires strong project management, communication skills, and familiarity with the college tech ecosystem, with an enthusiasm for AI-powered software creation.

What you'd actually do

  1. Help design and execute a campus activation playbook targeting Top 25 Engineering and Top 25 Business programs (grad and undergrad) across the U.S. Identify the right student orgs, CS clubs, entrepreneurship centers, and innovation labs to partner with.
  2. Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and enabling a cohort of Campus Leaders — student ambassadors who run Replit workshops, demo days, and hack sessions at their schools.
  3. Plan and coordinate virtual and in-person events (workshops, webinars, build-a-thons) that teach students how to vibe code and ship projects on Replit. Own run-of-show documents, speaker coordination, and post-event follow-ups.
  4. Create playbooks, one-pagers, social media toolkits, and presentation templates that Campus Leaders and student partners can use to promote Replit on campus.
  5. Track program KPIs (event attendance, signups, projects shipped, referral conversions) and prepare weekly dashboards to share with the Education team and leadership.
