Ehs Assistant

This role supports the daily management and on-site execution of EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) at a factory, ensuring compliance with company and legal requirements. Key responsibilities include managing spraying and chemical-related safety risks, conducting safety inspections, identifying and rectifying hazards, managing chemical inventory and SDS, supporting EHS legal compliance, conducting employee training, and overseeing contractor and high-risk work management. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of manufacturing EHS experience, familiarity with EHS regulations and ISO systems, and strong communication and execution skills.

What you'd actually do

  1. 开展日常安全巡检（装配、喷涂、机加工等区域）
  2. 识别安全隐患并推动整改闭环
  3. 管理化学品台账及SDS资料
  4. 控制油漆/VOC相关风险
  5. 支持EHS法律法规合规（如Legal Register）

Skills

Required

  • 2+ years of manufacturing EHS experience
  • Familiarity with EHS regulations and ISO14001/ISO45001 systems
  • On-site risk identification ability
  • Good communication and execution skills
  • Data statistics and reporting ability
  • Proficient in Office software

Nice to have

  • Experience in spraying workshops or chemical-related fields
  • Familiarity with ENHESA or similar regulatory systems
  • Basic English communication skills
