Develops and delivers training curriculum for aircraft Electrical and Environmental systems, utilizing Instructional Systems Development (ISD) framework. Requires hands-on aircraft maintenance experience and the ability to create training materials, assessments, and collaborate with subject matter experts. The role focuses on ensuring effective learning and maintaining up-to-date technical information for training programs.

What you'd actually do

  1. Develops training curriculum, study outlines, and orientation materials for Electrical and Environmental systems, subsystems, components, and associated test equipment
  2. Support the development of criteria for evaluating effectiveness of training activities
  3. Continuously revises lesson plans to meet new training requirements and maintain updated technical information
  4. Provide input to meet new training requirements and to keep technical information up to date
  5. Demonstrate and use effective training analysis, project management, course development, and evaluation skills
