Electrical Engineer

Anduril Anduril · Defense · Quincy, MA · Maritime & Maneuver Dominance : Undersea Reconnaissance & Strike - Engineering & Operations : Electrical Engineering

Anduril Industries is a defense technology company developing advanced military capabilities. This Electrical Engineer role supports the technical development of a holistic support system for autonomous maritime vehicles, focusing on electrical subsystem design, integration, and testing. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure system performance meets specifications in rugged environments.

What you'd actually do

  1. Develop electrical schematics, power system single line diagrams, system interconnect diagrams and define wire harnesses that connect electronic equipment within a subsystem and between subsystems
  2. Integrate a variety of existing electrical sub-systems to provide novel capability with an eye towards maintaining commonality with other Anduril Maritime systems.
  3. Design electrical interfaces and enclosures for integration of sensors, and peripheral equipment for autonomous systems
  4. Troubleshoot issues that span the electrical and software boundaries, with solid skills using both test equipment (Oscilloscopes, DMM, etc.) and basic software debugging tools
  5. Develop subsystems (sensors, interfaces, power management, and networking) for bespoke capabilities
