WHOOP is hiring an Electrical Engineer II to help develop the next generation of wearable technology that enables members to better understand and improve their health and performance. As part of the Hardware Engineering team, you will collaborate closely with Electrical, Mechanical, Firmware, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Software teams to design, prototype, validate, and launch high-volume consumer electronics. You are a hands-on engineer with a strong foundation in electrical engineering who enjoys solving complex technical challenges and delivering reliable products from concept through production.

_The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $110,000 - $150,000. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within each range, individual pay is based on factors such as job-related skills, experience, performance, and relevant education or training. _
_In addition to the base salary, the successful candidate will also receive benefits and a generous equity package. _
These ranges may be modified in the future to reflect evolving market conditions and organizational needs. While most offers will typically fall toward the starting point of the range, total compensation will depend on the candidate’s specific qualifications, expertise, and alignment with the role’s requirements.
