Electrical Engineer - Power Systems Engineer

Oracle Oracle · Enterprise · United States

Electrical Engineer focused on power systems for large-scale data centers, including generation, storage, and microgrids, with a technical lead role in driving solutions and setting technical direction.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own electrical outcomes for high-complexity, high-impact programs driving technical decisions, managing tradeoffs, and integrating input from multiple stakeholders.
  2. Provide electrical technical leadership to resolve critical power-related issues and reduce recurrence through root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
  3. Architect and support on-site generation systems (gas turbines, reciprocating engines), including fuel systems, emissions controls, and heat-recovery integration.
  4. Lead electrical discipline execution across design and delivery, optimizing scope, schedule, and quality, commissioning readiness; provide feedback to partner teams to improve standards and guidelines
  5. Partner with architects to develop future-state data center power architecture concepts and reference designs.
