  • High school diploma or GED
  • Basic computer literacy; familiarity with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to follow and document work via digital work instructions
  • Ability to distinguish between wire colors
  • General understanding of electronic components, electronics design, and manufacturing
  • Willingness to learn full harness fabrication and assembly processes
  • Able to lift up to 25 lbs unassisted
  • Capable of bending, stooping, crawling, and maneuvering in tight spaces
  • Ability to perform all job functions safely and professionally
