Electronic Discovery Collection Specialist

NVIDIA is seeking an Electronic Discovery Collection Specialist to manage electronic evidence, digital forensic examinations, and data collections for litigation, investigations, and regulatory matters. The role involves providing technical support to legal teams, managing eDiscovery processes, conducting forensic collections, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. Familiarity with eDiscovery platforms, forensic tools, and AI-powered e-discovery tools is required.

What you'd actually do

  1. Engage with legal teams to provide technical support and assistance with technology and database systems.
  2. Manage and coordinate electronic discovery processes in litigation, investigations, and regulatory inquiries.
  3. Conduct forensic collections of digital evidence across various platforms and environments.
  4. Collaborate with internal legal teams, IT, and external vendors (e.g., eDiscovery providers and outside counsel) throughout the eDiscovery process.
  5. Provide guidance to eDiscovery architects for deployment of eDiscovery tools, including AI-powered tools.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or Information Systems or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years’ experience in electronic discovery, digital forensics, or related legal technology fields.
  • Familiarity with eDiscovery platforms (e.g., Relativity, Exterro, Nuix) and forensic tools (e.g., EnCase, FTK, X-Ways)
  • Background with common email and document management platforms (M365, Exchange, Google Drive, Slack, etc.).
  • Familiarity with source code management environments (GIT, Perforce, etc.).
  • Familiarity with AI-powered e-discovery platforms.
  • Proficient in IT related infrastructure and application technologies.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

Nice to have

  • Programming background that allows for creative approaches to difficult problems.
  • CEDS, CEECS, CFCE or RCA certification(s).
  • Experience working within a corporate legal environment, preferably in the technology or electronics sector.
