What you'd actually do

  1. Support installation/commissioning, configuration, and acceptance testing at customer sites.
  2. Install and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on Electrophysiology equipment (sold and loaned/consigned units).
  3. Perform software/firmware updates, calibrations, and safety checks when applicable.
  4. Run diagnostics to identify root cause(s) and implement corrective actions per the Complaint Management Process.
  5. Provide written and verbal technical support and troubleshooting for Clinical Account Specialists (CAS).

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience maintaining medical equipment, preferably in field service with direct customer contact.
  • INVIMA registration as Maintenance and Verification Personnel for Class IIB and III medical devices.
  • Intermediate English.
  • Valid U.S. visa.

Nice to have

  • Basic networking/IT knowledge is highly desired.
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience preparing and submitting technical service reports in ECM platforms is preferred.
  • Ability to lift and move equipment and work in clinical environments.
  • Up to 30% travel availability (domestic and international).
  • Valid driver’s license and driving experience (company vehicle provided).
