What you'd actually do

  1. Code, build and test email campaigns and push notifications
  2. Set up, test, QA and launch dynamic content
  3. Monitor active campaigns daily and quickly troubleshoot to resolve errors
  4. Design emails and fix issues utilizing HTML/CSS and marketing cloud developer tools
  5. Manage calendar across multiple campaigns to ensure on-time delivery, progression of messaging, etc.

Skills

Required

  • 2+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
  • Experience in a marketing role
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 1+ years of designing, building, and launching successful email engagement programs
  • Experience using email platforms and editing HTML
  • Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities, or experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems
  • Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce
  • Experience working proactively and independently, meeting deadlines, and delivering on projects and tasks

Nice to have

  • Experience working in an online fashion setting or similar field
  • Strong interest in and familiarity with fashion
  • Experience with SMS marketing
  • Experience with Push Notification marketing
  • Experience using data visualization tools
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel at an advanced level, including: pivot tables, macros, index/match, vlookup, VBA, data links, etc.
  • Knowledge of HTML and CSS coding, as well as responsive web design on both desktop and mobile platforms
  • Knowledge of database systems and SQL
  • Knowledge of Adobe Suite (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Workfront)
  • Experience building and formatting web pages and email templates
  • Experience with e-commerce, marketing, membership/loyalty, A/B testing, revenue management techniques
  • Experience dealing well with ambiguity, prioritizing needs, and delivering measurable results in an agile environment
  • Experience working with Third Party Partner tools and relationships
  • Usage of generative AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency, with a willingness to learn effective prompting and evaluation practices
  • Ability to recognize opportunities where generative AI could enhance products, workflows, or customer experiences
