This role is for an experienced Email Marketing Manager at a Fintech company. The manager will be responsible for building and scaling email marketing programs, working with AI tools to develop compelling emails, and collaborating with the analytics team to measure campaign effectiveness. Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and email compliance is required.

Skills

Required

  • 4+ years of email or lifecycle marketing experience in B2B SaaS or similar environment
  • Deep expertise with marketing automation platforms (Inflection.io, Marketo, HubSpot, Braze, Customer.io or comparable tools)
  • Proven track record of building and scaling automated, personalized lifecycle programs that drive measurable outcomes
  • Strong segmentation, testing, and analytics skills with ability to translate insights into action
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar) and integrating email with customer data platforms
  • Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Solid understanding of email compliance (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.)

Nice to have

  • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template editing is a plus
