Embedded Firmware Validation Engineer

This role focuses on designing and executing validation strategies for AUTOSAR Classic and Adaptive software stacks, including automotive communication protocols, OS features, and safety requirements. The engineer will build test benches, develop automated Python test suites, integrate them into CI/CD pipelines, and debug failures on HIL/SIL environments and target hardware.

What you'd actually do

  1. Design and execute validation strategies for AUTOSAR Classic and Adaptive software stacks.
  2. Validate end-to-end automotive communication protocols including CAN/CAN-FD, LIN, FlexRay, Ethernet, SOME/IP, DoIP, PDU Routing, Network Management, and Transport Protocols.
  3. Verify Safe OS, diagnostics, platform security, and functional safety features.
  4. Perform functional, robustness, boundary, timing, negative, and fault-injection testing.
  5. Develop and maintain automated Python (pytest) test frameworks for regression and nightly validation.
