Stripe is seeking a senior marketing leader to define and drive their Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and Executive Engagement strategy in EMEA. This role involves crafting and executing tailored marketing plans, collaborating with sales teams, and creating compelling experiences for strategic audiences to drive pipeline and business growth within the financial technology sector.

What you'd actually do

  1. Craft the executive marketing strategy within high-priority account segments, including established enterprises and digital native businesses.
  2. Define and execute high-touch programs and executive engagement plans, including virtual and in-person field events designed for senior personas.
  3. Guide regional marketers on ABM frameworks and best practice that boost awareness and adoption of Stripe.
  4. Oversee the development of persona based mid- and lower-funnel regional marketing programs to accelerate lead conversion and generate pipeline.
  5. Partner with Demand Generation, Product Marketing, and Partnerships to identify, scope, and produce localized content and marketing assets.
