This role focuses on building and deploying AI-powered applications using LLMs and GenAI for construction project controls, including predictive analytics, cost variance intelligence, document quality automation, automated reporting narratives, and agentic workflows for closeout compliance. It also involves data engineering and BI reporting to provide real-time visibility into project performance.

What you'd actually do

  1. Architect and deploy AI-powered applications using Amazon Bedrock, LLMs, and GenAI capabilities to automate and enhance construction project controls processes, including:
  2. Build and maintain robust ETL pipelines to ingest, transform, and integrate construction cost, schedule, and quality data from platforms including Procore, BIM 360, Smartsheet, and internal AWS data systems
  3. Design, develop, and maintain scalable, automated dashboards and reporting systems that provide real-time visibility into EMEA DCCD project performance across cost, schedule, quality, and safety dimensions
  4. Support the Business & Project Controls function in gathering, consolidating, and analysing data across EMEA clusters to produce accurate reporting on scope, schedule, budget, resources, quality, and risk
  5. Communicate complex data findings and AI-generated insights clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership

Required

  • Experience with LLMs and GenAI
  • Experience building and deploying AI applications
  • Experience with data engineering and ETL pipelines
  • Experience with BI tools (e.g., Amazon QuickSight, Power BI)
  • Proficiency in Python and SQL
  • Experience with AWS data services (S3, Lambda, Glue, Redshift, DynamoDB)
