Emea Onboarding Lead

This role is for an Onboarding Lead in EMEA, responsible for designing and managing the first-year experience for new hires. The role involves program management, speaker coaching, global collaboration, impact measurement, and stakeholder engagement. What you'd actually do

  1. Design and Delivery: Lead the end-to-end creation and facilitation of high-impact onboarding sessions, ensuring content is engaging, culturally relevant for the EMEA region, and aligned with company goals.
  2. Program Management: Oversee the operational logistics and lifecycle of the onboarding program, managing timelines, resources, and communications to ensure a seamless experience for all participants.
  3. Speaker Coaching and Feedback: Identify, onboard, and coach internal subject matter experts and leadership speakers, providing actionable feedback to ensure their delivery meets high quality and engagement standards.
  4. Global Collaboration: Partner closely with Onboarding Leads in other geographies (AMER/APAC) to maintain program consistency while adapting strategies to meet specific regional requirements.
  5. Impact Measurement: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of the onboarding journey, utilizing surveys and performance data to drive continuous improvement.

What the JD emphasized

  • Minimum of 2-3 years in Learning & Development, Talent Management, or Program Management, or Sales experience specifically within the EMEA market.
  • Proven track record of delivering dynamic presentations and facilitating workshops for diverse audiences, ranging from entry-level to executive leadership.
  • Strong organizational skills with experience managing complex, cross-functional projects from conception to completion.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide constructive feedback and executive coaching to internal speakers and stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, proactive and self-driven, able to prioritize and manage work independently while collaborating effectively with the team to achieve shared goals
  • Experience using data and analytics tools to measure program ROI and sentiment, with the ability to translate insights into strategic action.
