What you'd actually do

  1. Be the business Partner for the VP of DACH Sales and AVP of Sales Development to drive growth in the region
  2. Define and drive cross-functional strategic projects focused on improving our go-to-market (GTM) engine
  3. Bring thought leadership and strategic thinking to projects ranging from go-to-market design to internal operations
  4. Optimize GTM strategy including core sales processes, productivity drivers, infrastructure and regional performance
  5. Lead projects end-to-end, ensuring cross-team collaboration
