Emerging Enterprise Account Executive, New Business

Asana is seeking an Emerging Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business acquisition and expand their footprint within existing high-potential accounts. The role involves managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing complex deals with multiple stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B enterprise sales, a hunter mentality, and the ability to build trust with C-level executives. While not directly building AI, the role operates within an enterprise AI collaboration platform and requires curiosity about AI tools.

What you'd actually do

  1. Become a primary driver of Asana’s new business motion by converting competitive accounts for initial purchases.
  2. From prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing, you will manage the full cycle of complex deals with multiple stakeholders and longer sales cycles.
  3. Drive revenue by leveraging your industry thought leadership, approach to data-driven insights, and strong negotiation.
  4. Lead collaborative strategies with an elite group of cross-functional partners in Solutions Engineering, Sales Development, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Executive Sponsors.
  5. Establish trust with C-level executives, IT and InfoSec leaders, and other stakeholders by aligning our solutions with their strategic company goals.
